They are obviously fine, but for liability purpose DT won't put them on your car for the same reason they won't mount my tires without TPMS (Also a regulation they have to obey). This makes them technically unsafe by current standards though Ford racing uses them. It's because of the load rating not being high enough versus the stock tire which is like 992 lbs vs the 1102 lbs the oem tire provides. I'll report back on how they feel after they're mounted next week. I ended up getting the sport comp 2's in 205/45/17 for what will be $475 after rebate.

I've been researching and landed on that set for price and performance off of recommendations throughout this subreddit and fiestastforum. They brought up the fact that the stock load index is 84w and this set of tires is 80w so it would be unsafe for them to mount that set to my car. This is the set of tires I was looking to purchase:
